VoxMetriQ LLC ("VoxMetriQ", "we", "us", or "our") operates an AI-powered call answering and appointment booking platform for home service contractors. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information.

Information We Collect

• Contractor clients: Business name, contact information, phone number, service area, operating hours, pricing information, and Google Calendar access provided during onboarding.
• Callers (homeowners): Name, phone number, address, and service inquiry details collected during AI-answered calls and SMS interactions.
• Usage data: Call volume, booking rates, and engagement patterns aggregated across our client network for benchmarking purposes.

How We Use Information

• To provide and operate the VoxMetriQ answering and booking service
• To send appointment confirmations and service-related SMS messages to callers
• To generate anonymized aggregate market benchmarks for contractor clients
• To improve our AI system's accuracy and performance

Aggregate Data and Benchmarking

VoxMetriQ uses anonymized, aggregated data from across its client network to produce market benchmarks that appear in monthly performance reports. Individual business data — your name, your pricing, your call volume — is never shared with any other contractor or third party. Benchmarks reflect anonymized averages across a minimum of 15 contractors in the same trade and region and cannot be used to identify any individual business.

SMS Messaging

We send SMS messages to callers who interact with our AI answering system on behalf of contractor clients. All SMS messages include opt-out instructions. Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. See our SMS Consent Policy for full details.

Data Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We do not share individual contractor or caller data with third parties except as required to operate the service (e.g., GoHighLevel platform, Twilio/LeadConnector for SMS delivery) or as required by law.

Data Retention

Caller contact data is retained for 12 months following the last interaction. Contractor client data is retained for the duration of the subscription plus 90 days after cancellation.
